Advertising technology business adform cancelled its DKr750m (US$114m) Copenhagen IPO last Tuesday despite previously restructuring and extending the planned float. Books were due to close on Tuesday on an all-primary float and trading would have begun on Wednesday. Pricing had been fixed at DKrl6 after the company junked an earlier structure that included up to 6.97m shares from existing shareholders alongside the DKr750m primary target in a range of DKrl9-DKr24 per share.
