Moderna stumbles on public debut

Moderna, a rare biotech unicorn, had no problem at all attracting investor interest to its initial public offering, landing a record US$605m on Thursday. Investor enthusiasm that allowed for a 20% upsizing proved fleeting, as Moderna plunged 6.3% on its Nasdaq debut on Friday.
