摘要

Increased down stream efficiencies require more stringent interlace quality, and jets often restrict optimum efficiencies as modern spinning equipment and spinning processes achieve higher and higher speeds. Utilizing the latest technologies, FDY nylon can be produced at rates as fast as 8000 M/min and POY polyester at 5000 M/min.rnSophisticated interlacing jets specifically designed for high speed spinning are required to realize this high speed spinning potential, as well achieve optimum interlace at more moderate speeds with reduced air consumption. Without optimized interlace in POY, reduced efficiencies occur in texturing due to end breaks or poor runability. Transfer tail efficiency is also critically affected.
