Ottawa—Ontario Environment Minister Laurel Broten June 21 established two expert committees to advise the provincial environment minister on transboundary air pollution issues in Ontario, Eastern Canada, and the Northeast United States.rn"These committees represent some of the best scientific, environmental, and business minds in North America," Broten said in a statement.
