Israel to Create Inter-Ministerial Committee To Formulate Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plan

Israel's Cabinet has approved a joint initiative from the ministries of environmental protection and finance to establish a committee that will formulate a national greenhouse gas emissions reduction plan, the Environmental Protection Ministry said in a press release March 15.rnThe committee will bring together officials from the finance, environmental protection, national infrastructure, transportation, industry, commerce and labor ministries.
