Taiwan's Cabinet on Nov. 1 gave a green light to a proposal to revise the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act (TCSCA), paving the way to improve the country's chemical regulatory system and to create a legal basis for a planned inventory of chemical substances.According to Cabinet spokeswoman li-wun Cheng, the proposal drew no opposition at the meeting.
