摘要

Climate change and related issues, such as clean energy production, dominate the agenda in International Environment Reporter's 2013 Outlook, which covers environmental priorities and expectations in more than 50 countries in the year ahead. In Europe, action on renewable energy is a priority for many countries, with Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, and Poland all focused on increasing renewable generating capacity and, in some cases, updating related regulations. Other countries, including India, Malaysia, Japan, and South Africa, are also looking to expand their use of renewable energy.
