NYSE Euronext Joins United Nations Effort To Promote Sustainable Stock Exchanges

The company that operates the New York Stock Exchange and other exchanges in the United States and Europe joined a United Nations initiative July 24 to promote corporate sustainability reporting and responsible investment by listed companies worldwide. NYSE Euronext is the eighth organization to become a part of the initiative, joining NASDAQ OMX, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), and others that represent more than 13,000 listed companies.
