摘要

Business leaders have signaled that they are looking to the Paris climate change negotiations that open Nov. 30 for clarity and certainty to help them plan for a low-carbon future, according to survey results released Nov. 12. The survey from the United Nations Global Compact business coalition and Accenture consultants, timed to coincide with the lead-up to the international climate talks, found that 74 percent of the leaders of the world's largest companies see reaching a long-term agreement in Paris as "critical to unlocking private sector investment in climate solutions."
