OCTOBER UPDATE: BOOSTING THE REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT ON INVESTMENT IN CONNECTION WITH POWER-GRID RELATED PROJECTS IN CHINA

The National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC (NDRC), together with National Energy Administration (NEA), issued the "Notice on Strengthening and Standardizing Investment Supervision of Power-Grid Planning" (the Notice) on 28 May 2020. The Notice aims to facilitate the reform of the power-grid system and strengthen the supervision of investment in power-grid related projects in China.
