Damage to Energy Resources during Armed Conflict: Towards a New Regime

摘要

The article describes the current regime protecting energy resources during war by the law of armed conflict as well as international environmental law, since energy resources are also part of the environment. Possible adjustments to the current regime are proposed to improve the status of energy resources during armed conflicts.
