NEW REGULATIONS ON RENEWABLE ENERGY FACILITIES

In view of the cuts in the remuneration implemented by the New Regulations reviewed in this article, the viability of certain electricity generation facilities could be negatively affected. The facilities most affected are solar PV facilities, as can be seen from the explanation of the changes specifically affecting them. However, it seems that, at least in the mid-term, with the approval of these New Regulations there will be certainty for Special Producers in the Spanish market.
