New Italian Regulation for the Production of Electricity by Non-photovoltaic Renewable Sources

This article is aimed at giving the reader a practical overview of the current Italian regulation regarding incentives for the production of electricity by non-photovoltaic plants in the light of new rules that have significantly changed existing legislation, for the most part from a negative point of view, affecting the interests of investors by reducing relevant incentives and introducing cumbersome and uncertain ways of accessing the incentives, therefore creating a climate of uncertainty which could as a result lead a slowdown of investment-flow in this sector.
