Automated Dosing to Enhance Efficiency

The ideas behind the introduction of dosing and dispensing equipment in the textile dye- and finishing house included reduction in processing times and decreased handling by personnel of potentially hazardous materials. These goals have been reached by many equipment suppliers, who are now enhancing the effects that automated dispensing and dosing equipment can have in the mill. Improved quality and reductions in power requirements are other areas that have been pinpointed as positive effects to be gained from the introduction of these automated or semi-automated systems.
