Efficient Systems for Continuous Washing

A third generation of Sclavos' water-saving Aquachron washing system is incorporated in the last development of the company's Athena2 fabric dyeing machine. The patented Aquachron system is designed for continuous fabric washing system after bleaching and dyeing and was first launched 1996. Its main feature is the fully controlled incoming fresh-water flow, which is driven through the intensive washing zone. Water becomes fully contaminated and it is diverted out of the machine at a rate equal to the incoming fresh water. The whole process is fully controlled by sophisticated software, developed by Sclavos engineers.
