DIAMONTEX: Intelligent and Flexible Pre-Treatment Systems for Digital Printing on Textiles

Digital printing on textiles has experienced a quantum leap in recent years, recording annual growth rates of approximately 25%. As a result of enhanced flexibility, rapid adaptation to fashion trends, unproblematic and reproducible patterns, economies in the use of water and disposal of wastewater as well as the elimination of costly screens and their storage, digital printing has taken on ever greater importance. Furthermore, a design change in digital printing can be implemented without significant waste or setup time. New machine concepts with high print resolution allow print speeds of up to 80 metres per minute (single-pass machines) or up to 10 metres per minute (multi-pass machines) and print widths of up to 6 metres.
