Atlas Copco has appointed Nico Delvaux as president of its new Construction Technique business division, effective 1 October, 2011. Mr Delvaux is currently president of the company's Compressor Technique service division. The new Construction Technique business was formed this year when Atlas Copco split its Construction and Mining Technique division into separate mining & rock excavation and construction divisions. The new division will comprise Dynapac-branded road building equipment, construction tools and portable compressors and generators. Pro-forma annual revenues for the business are SEK 11.2 billion (US$ 1.75 billion).
