Japanese property developer Sekisui reported a +26% year-on-year increase in net operating income to JPY 71 billion (USS 866 million) for the financial year 2011, ended January 31, 2012. It forecast moderate growth in the Japanese market this year, fuelled in part by government support following the earthquake of March 2011.
