Use of robot setting plants of KELLER HCW in existing plants

Setting plants for heavy-clay products are complex machines within the production process. They automatically set all dried products of various sizes on available kiln cars. The setting methods are determined to conform to the requirements. In case of facing bricks the variants are for example: single or double high flat set, double high on edge, products face to face, stretcher in front of headers and other methods. For reasons of the highest possible flexibility as well as looking to the future, robot setting plants for this range of products have won recognition and in practice they have been proven during harsh operations in brick and tile factories. For this and other reasons, two production lines that had been out of operation for some time, were equipped with KELLER HCW robot setting plants and recommissioned.
