A low cost automatic case erector/bottom flap sealer, designated F144 for online packaging operations, is part of a comprehensive range of equipment available from Limpet Tapes. It handles up to 150 cases in the size range 150mm to 350mm wide, 120mm to 500mm high, and 200mm to 450mm long, that are retained in the F144's automatic loader. Cases are formed with bottom flaps folded and then U sealed with self-adhesive tape at the rate of 14 per minute, ready for subsequent filling. Changeover for runs of a different size within the range takes 3 to 4 minutes. Other features include a programmable logic controller, low tap/tap breaking sensor device and full safety protection. The F144 is available for outright purchase or short/long term hire with favourable purchase option during hire period.
