CEO Rowan Gormley said that, "a broad range of options" are being considered, including an outright sale of the entirety of the Majestic off-premise estate, as well as Majestic's commercial arm and wine merchant Lay & Wheeler. The company is looking to raise capital through the complete or partial sale of its Majestic unit as it refocuses the company on its online Naked Wines division.
