The Pure Package: pure and simple

I have been passionate about food all of my life and this stems from my childhood. I started my own egg business at eight years old and when I was 13, I received my street traders licence, enabling me to make and sell things. I have always been entrepreneurial and knew that I needed to make my own way in the world away from academia. I started The Pure Package in 2003 and I created the company after working with other people, eg, restaurants, so I could learn what to do and what not to do. This I felt was the best way to learn from mistakes.
