Anti-piracy coalition CAPIP.EU launched in May 2010. UK law firm Shoosmiths is one of 23 member law firms in the coalition and it undertakes all UK-related work. The coalition offers legal services to rights holders in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland, with case management in up to 29 jurisdictions coodinated through a single contact. Clients have 24/7 web access to key documents and status reports. Pricing is uniform and with fees capped and set according to the work carried out.
