Old National Bancorp,_F.3d_, 2007 WL 2389770 (7th Cir. 2007), the plaintiffs, bank customers, brought a class action suit against a bank, Old National Bancorp (ONB), because an unauthorized "hacker" had accessed the bank customers' confidential information that was obtained through the bank's Web site.
