I don't think there will be a massive demand for new issuance on the market side nor do I think many Russian companies are prepared to go for initial public offerings or secondaries. However, there are certain cases like Rusal where companies are looking more seriously at IPO or SPO as a way of raising capital and perhaps strengthening their own fiscal position. The situation has improved greatly over the past year but it's still in a very fragile state and depends on whether we are going to see more action on the part of central banks globally.
