SAY THE WORD "multitasking" in most offices, and you'll be met with a shrug. Most workers nowadays are expected to be able to keep theii eyes on multiple customers and deliver multiple projects without a problem. But say the same word at a major investment house, and you could be met with a look of terror, followed by the inevitable question, "Which fund comes first?"
