The Air Force's new manned intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft could eventually be folded into a nascent Air Force-Army concept for unmanned aerial systems, according to a service official.rnThe air service's MC-12 Project Liberty manned ISR plane was not included "by name" into the new Army-Air Force "Task 11" concept, Air Combat Command's Predator and Reaper operations branch chief, Maj. Matt Martin, said in an April 22 interview.
