U.S. Joint Forces Command is fielding a new web-based application that will allow troops to customize training simulations before deployments and thus save time and money during exercise preparation, according to a command official.rnThe tool, known as Joint Training Data Services (JTDS), supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense's top 10 transformation tasks issued last year to improve capabilities that "rapidly generate scenarios and other exercise planning functions," said Lt.
