摘要

The Aerospace Industries Association has a crafted a set of standards for defense suppliers seeking help in protecting their systems against cyber intrusions, as the federal government is still working to produce a more comprehensive security framework covering all government suppliers. "We saw the need to provide some kind of guidance," Chris Carnahan, AIA's director of standardization, said in an interview. The "Cyber Security Baseline Standard Practice," an eight-page document, is offered for sale as part of AIA's National Aerospace Standard, which the association has shepherded for decades.
