FERC has approved Sempra Energy’s plan to scrap a storage expansionrnfacility at Mississippi Hub in light of challenging market conditions.rnIn a December 2 order, it agreed to vacate Mississippi Hub’srnapplication for the fourth gas storage cavern as well as compressionrnfacilities in Simpson and Jefferson counties in Mississippi (CP10-65).
