Graphic Packaging Achieves Sfi Certification

Graphic Packaging International, Marietta, Ga., USA, has achieved fiber sourcing certification to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative for all of its converting facilities, which extends certification for the company's kraft mills. Formed earlier this year by the combination of Graphic Packaging Corp. and Altivity Packaging, Graphic Packaging is a global producer of paperboard folding cartons and beverage packaging as well as other food packaging, multi-wall bags, and specialty packaging. The company also is a key producer of coated unbleached kraft (CUK) paperboard and recycled-coatedboard.
