Stora Enso curtails production at Sunila pulp mill

Production at the Sunila Oy pulp mill in Finland is expected to remain idle until the end of September. Stora Enso Oyj, sole owner of the 375,0001 softwood pulp mill since the middle of May, announced that it will extend the current production stoppage and related temporary lay-offs as the market situation is showing no signs of improving.
