摘要

Crystallization of amorphous Fe_64Co_21B_15 foils was studied during hating to 1000 K in vacuum. Exoelectron emission measurements were shown to be a sensitive method for studying crystallization of amor- phous materials. Crystallization of the foils was found to involve at least two stages. The activation energy of Exoelectron emission was evaluated.
