Composite Metal-Ceramic Heterostructure for Membranes of Deep Purification of Hydrogen

摘要

Manufacturability of composite heterostructures on the basis of a porous ceramic (Al_2O_3) with metal layer (Pd-Cu) used for the development of the membrane elements of selective filters for deep purification of hydrogen is shown. Data on the structure, mechanical properties, and water permeability are obtained.
