摘要

Using differential scanning calorimetry, the kinetics of cyclopolymerization of epoxy resins with various di- and poly-isocyanates is studied. Effective catalysts represented by the complexes of zinc chloride with imidazole and tributyl phosphate are proposed to decrease the temperature range of the reaction of epoxy novolac resin with isophorone diisocyanate. The polymers and composites possessing high heat resistance owing to the presence of cyclic oxazolidines and isocyanurates in their molecular structure are prepared. The adhesion ability of epoxy isocyanate compositions to aluminum and its alloys is investigated.
