Four companies have been presented with the 2008 IFT Food Expo Innovation Awards.rnThe honours were announced and presented by incoming IFT President Sheri Schellhaass and President-Elect Marianne Gillette at a keynote session of the 2008 Institute of Food Technologists Annual Meeting & Food Expo in New Orleans on Sunday, June 29.rnThe recipients are Bunge North America, CEM Corp, Multisorb Technologies, and NC Hyperbaric.rnNine jurors from industry and academia with expertise in research and product development, processing and packaging technology, and food safety, selected the winners and their innovations from 46 entries.
