Dairygold Food Ingredients UK Ltd (DFI), the UK's largest supplier of cheese and dairy based ingredients, is defying the recession with an insightful £0.5m million investment in the ergonomics of the business to enhance productivity and production at its Crewe site.rnAimed to improve efficiencies and workflow management across the Cheshire based location, the ergonomics project was spurred by an increase in activity during 2007. Whilst most companies are looking to cut costs during the current economic climate, DFI recognises the potential of such an investment in its business operations.
