Milk Link announces new butter processing investment at Lockerbie Creamery

Milk Link has announced plans to upgrade its butter processing capabilities at its award winning Lockerbie Creamery. Therninvestment of over ￡350,000 will see the installation of an additional bulk butter production line capable of handling a range of sweet cream, blended and spreadable butters.rnThe new investment will increase Lockerbie Creamery's butter production capacity by 2,000 tonnes and will increase the range of butters that Milk Link is able to offer its customers.
