Automated analysis from SMS at HiE 2012

Stable Micro Systems is using the 2012 HiE show as a launchpad for its Automated Linear Indexing System (ALIS), a major development in texture analysis for the food and supplement industries. The new system automates the testing process, increasing productivity, eliminating operator errors and improving operator safety.The ALIS enables the loading of multiple test samples prior to testing and does not require constant supervision by the user during testing. It is integrated seamlessly with Stable Micro Systems' TA.XTplus texture analyser, which is widely recognised as the leading instrument for assessing food texture.
