At Vitafoods 2012, ADM will demonstrate its wide ranging capabilities and functional product portfolio in the health arena. ADM will be showcasing CLARISOY~(™) 100 to the European market, the world's first vegetable-based protein which offers clarity and high quality protein nutrition. CLARISOY~(™) 100 is the first isolated soy protein that enables protein fortification in transparent and refreshing low pH beverage systems such as sport and recovery drinks. For beverage systems with a pH of less than 4.0, CLARISOY~(™) 100 is 100% soluble and transparent, so beverage manufacturers can comfortably formulate up to ten grams of protein, while main taining beverage clarity.
