ADM will showcase its line of CLARISOY™ isolated soya proteins at Vitafoods 2013, as it highlights its functional ingredient portfolio and wide-ranging capabilities in the health and nutrition arena. Offering high quality protein nutrition, the latest addition to ADM's product range is CLARISOY 150 isolated soya protein. CLARISOY 150 provides a uniquely clean flavour at neutral (pH 7.0) or higher pHs, allowing for greater use of soya protein in mildly flavoured neutral beverages like meal replacement and weight management products. It is also suitable for beverage systems with a pH of less than 4.0 where a cloudy appearance is required.
