Chinese spying is the top threat to U.S. technology, says the U.S.-China Economic Security Review Commission in its 2007 Report to Congress. China's espionage activities in the United States "are so extensive that they comprise the single greatest risk to the security of American technologies," according to a summary of the report from the congressionally appointed group of experts.
