As we close the last issue of Information Today for 2006, I asked a few industry notables a key question that has been on my mind: What person or event do you think had the most impact on the information technology industry in 2006? Once posed, the question evoked a few pensive looks and several variations of "Let me think about this." But after much thought and deliberation, our esteemed panel submitted their insights.
