Jonathan Men- dez founded OTTO Digital in April 2006 as the marketing services agency arm of software provider Offermatica. Mendez, who currently serves as OTTO Digital's chief strategy officer, originally planned to create his own company with the technology, but he teamed up with Offermatica to launch OTTO Digital, a digital agency that creates optimized online campaigns for its clients. Offermatica provides software that helps organizations test, measure, and optimize their online marketing and advertising campaigns. The company's digital optimization ASP technology enables marketers and advertisers to test the effectiveness of their online content, and it provides the framework for which OTTO (Online, Targeting, Testing & Optimization) Digital operates.
