This is a free country, and you can say anything, right? Well, you can as long as it's legal, and as long as what you say doesn't reach countries where it might be a criminal offense to sav what vou iust said. Bloggers are learning the hard way that words can hurt you, and not only outside the good old U.S., although they are currently subjected to less culpability than mainstream media reporters. Just because the statements published only in your blog are true, attributed to someone else, or only referenced by a link, that doesn't mean you've covered all your bases. If you link to a libelous statement, authorities may accuse you of contributing to the libelous act.
