摘要

OK, maybe I am just wired differently from other people, but I do not suffer from information overload-I revel in it. As editor of Docu-Ticker and Resource-Shelf, I need to keep up with new resources and reports not just on a daily basis, but throughout the day, every day. A web-log is a voracious beast that must be fed continually. Since I have two weblogs ... you get the idea. From time to time, someone asks where we find all we post on Resource-Shelf and (especially) DocuTicker. But finding "stuff" isn't a problem. Finding time to deal with it is the real challenge. The first step is knowing that you can't keep up with it, and you can't lose sleep over the possibility that you will miss something important. Eventually you will; I guarantee it. I also guarantee that the world will not end. And over time, you will develop an effective current-awareness strategy that works for you.
