Last year, the U.K. celebrated the second annual National Libraries Day in style with more than 400 fun-filled, educational events. This year's celebration, set for Feb. 9, is on course to be even bigger and better, with events ranging from Revolting Writing at the Bedminister Library (for children 7-11 years old) to Oxted Library's Dragonese Party with Viking fun and a chance to learn Dragonese.
