Developmental Psychologist and IGI Global Editor Nava Silton Shares the Most Recent Developments in ASD Technologies

According to autismspeaks.org, one of every 68 children in the United States is diagnosed with ASD, or an autism-spectrum disorder.Just as there is no one type of autism, there is no one treatment for autism, but technological developments have opened many doors to assist in the learning and development of those affected by ASD. Psychologist and IGI Global author Nava Silton, PhD, recently took a moment to talk with IGI Global Promotions Coordinator Ann Lupold, sharing some of her knowledge and research experiences in ASD for her new book Innovative Technologies to Benefit Children on the Autism Spectrum.
