IGI Global Attends ALA Midwinter 2014

The 2014 ALA Midwinter Meeting held from Friday, January 24th to Tuesday, January 28th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA, USA, offered the opportunity to meet, greet, and share ideas with librarians, teachers, vendors, and publishers. Despite the snow and cold temperatures, the IGI Global ALA Midwinter booth (#1731) was a steady stream of presentations, meetings, giveaways, and librarians. One of the highlights of this year's booth was six presentations given by authors from our library and information science publications. Topics discussed ranged from professional development to government resources, and the collaborative process between teachers and librarians.
