A warm welcome to Volume 19 of the Journal of Strategic Information! Once again, we are pleased to publish a range of articles dealing with a range of topics within the general field of strategic information systems.rnAs noted in the editorial to Volume 18, Number 4, it is with sadness that we say goodbye to Youngjin Yoo in his role as one of the JSIS senior editors. We are truly indebted to him for all his hard work on behalf of the journal. But, as they say in certain parts of the world, "The king is dead. Long live the king!" We are delighted to announce the appointment of Yolande Chan from Queen's University, Canada, and Christina Soh, from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore as our two new senior editors. Yolande and Christina join our two other long-standing senior editors: Claudia Loebbecke, from Cologne University, Germany, and Guy Gable, from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
